Convenience Fee: We impose a convenience fee of 0.5% on the amount of all card transactions. 

Indulge in a delightful light continental breakfast, thoughtfully included as part of your nightly facility fee. Breakfast features an array of delectables, including bagels, fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, pastries, aromatic coffee, a selection of teas, and refreshing juice. Join us in the Tapestry Room every day from 7 am to 10 am.

Check-in time is 4 pm, and checkout time is 11 am. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges. This fee can vary depending on how early you request to check in or how late you request to checkout. Fees are subject to change based on occupancy and demand. However, you are invited to store luggage and enjoy the facilities until your room becomes available. 

Upon check-in, the Front Desk will place a $50 hold on a credit/debit card for incidentals. Please note that pre-paid debit cards cannot be accepted for this purpose. The hold will be released after 7-10 business days, or possibly longer, depending on your financial institution's policies.

We only allow service dogs. Please contact the hotel for additional information. 

Overnight guest parking is provided at no cost. Self-parking is an option in the parking lot adjacent to the Spa and Fitness Center, while complimentary valet parking is offered during weekends and special events. An electric charging station is at your disposal. For further details, kindly get in touch with the front desk.

You must be at least 21 years old to check-in.

Castle Hotel & Spa is dedicated to ensuring a smoke-free environment for our non-smoking guests. We strictly prohibit the use of tobacco, pipes, vapes, marijuana, and e-cigarettes inside the guestrooms. For smoking, we have provided a designated smoking station located outside in the courtyard. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

Please be aware that failure to comply with our no-smoking policy will result in a $200 smoking fee being charged to your account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that the minibar fridge in the guestrooms is intended for cooling beverages and does not reach refrigeration temperatures. Ice buckets can be filled by the front desk.

A daily fee of $10 per person is applicable for each guest beyond the first two occupants in the room. No charge for children 17 and under. Rollaway beds are available on a first-come first-serve basis for $25 plus tax, per night.
